Promote your company and show your support for Collaborative Divorce by sponsoring the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Divorce’s Annual Conference, to be held in-person at Forsgate Country Club on June 4, 2026. This one-day event will have an anticipated audience of approximately 100 Collaborative Professionals consisting of attorneys, CPAs and Certified Financial Planners, Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

The first step involves having a consultation. You can find a collaboratively trained practitioner who is a member of New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups on this website who can answer your questions regarding separation and divorce and the collaborative process. The attorneys listed here have engaged in collaborative training for guidelines and strategies that can help you succeed in this process. Our collaboratively trained professionals can provide information to share or suggest to your spouse in order to engage in this process. The members of New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups are here to help you to manage the transition of your separation and divorce and guide you to your post-divorce future.
