The MJCLA had a 1 ½ day retreat at Crystal Springs Resort in Hamburg NJ on March 4-5.
We had Loretta “Lori” Gephart, MA do a presentation about Avoiding Team Splitting, Under and Over Functioning Team Members, the Psychological Dynamics of Divorce, and Team Debriefing. Jeff Urbach also did a presentation about the new tax laws and the impact on divorce and divorce professionals.
This was the 5th retreat that MJCLA has had at Crystal Springs and this year’s program had great reviews by those who attended.
